The US428 by Portwest® is an ANSI Class 3 high visibility soft-shell jacket. This jacket is made with 94% polyester and 6% Elastane. A waterproof zipper with an inner chin guard provides further protection in the front. 2-in-1 functionality is met as the sleeves can be zipped off turn the jacket into a Class 2 soft-shell vest. This hi-vis workwear meets ANSI Standards with 2" silver reflective tape which aligns the jacket and vest when the sleeves are zipped off.

Items must be in their original condition, not worn, altered, soiled or washed.

Any custom products; Embroidered, Altered, Custom Striped or modified in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any Items that are returned with damaged / or missing original packing are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee

Please Fill out our Linked RMA FORM to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA#) & Shipping instructions.
Let us know your Order ID, Name & which items you want to return.
Once we get your request we'll email you a Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions.
After we receive the return, it takes 3-5 business days for us to verify the items & process a refund. We'll refund back to your method of payment.
