Dunbar® 4:1 Single Wall Heat Shrink Tubing Features
- Made From Polyolefin Material
- Shrinks to 1/4 Original Size
- Please Note: Our Diameters for Heat Shrink Tubing are measured as ROUND TUBE, NOT FLAT
- Shrink ratio: 75% or more in the radial direction
- Continuous operating temperature: -55°C to 135°C
- Very high heat resistance
- High resistance to chemicals and oils
Dunbar® 4:1 ratio single walled adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing is ideally used where protection of cables and wires from moisture is important. Applied with a heat gun, a tubing will adhere tightly to whatever wire or component is being protected. Tubing will shrink to 1/4 of its original size. Typically used for insulation, identification of wires, strain relief, and bundling of wires.
